About me
Tyson has been working as a regional salmon habitat biologist and GIS analyst for the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission (NWIFC) for over 20 years. He was integral in developing the Salmon and Steelhead Inventory and Assessment Project (SSHIAP) database at the Northwest Indian Fisheries Commission in the early 2000s, and he has been involved in the development of the Washington Statewide Integrated Fish Distribution (SWIFD) database. He currently participates as a Co-Chair on the Puget Sound Partnership’s Spatial Data Workgroup and is a Technical Advisor to the Washington State Hydrographic Data (WASHD) project.
