About me
Suzy Brunzell serves as the City of Seattle WebGIS Program Manager. Her professional goals involve maintaining a highly functional Web GIS environment where users can operate effectively with confidence in the data and content available to them. At work, nothing makes Suzy happier than sharing the success of managing the Web GIS environments by reporting positive user and content metrics. Included in her work are processes to document the City’s Production content both inside the Web GIS environments and through integration with other IT systems. This work generates a solid inventory of Production content, which has been instrumental in identifying what is subject to mandated Digital Accessibility compliance. The presentation will share the challenge, the importance, and the methods the City of Seattle has in place to identify the content that drives the GIS Accessibility work.
