About me
Sarah Harvey is a certified GISP with more than 20 years of experience in GIS. She earned her BA in Geography and MA in GIS, both from the University of Washington-Seattle. Ms. Harvey has spent the last 19 years as an analyst with WEST Consultants, Inc., a small engineering firm specializing in hydraulics and hydrology. Her expertise includes flood analysis and inundation mapping, hydrologic modeling, hazard and consequence analysis, and cartography.
