About me
Catherine is a Director of Spatial Analytics at Quanta Services with over 20 years of experience in GIS across the government and commercial sectors. My work focuses on geospatial analytics for telecom and infrastructure planning, including the development of the QuantiFi market analysis platform. I previously served as the Enterprise GIS Manager for the City of Kent and have supported several public-sector organizations across the Pacific Northwest. I also teach Intro to GIS and Intermediate GIS as an adjunct faculty at Seattle University, where I help students prepare for careers using geospatial technology.
